My Specialties

Core areas that I have received specialized training in

Self Identity & Development

Are you feeling like you've lost touch with who you are? Not sure how to get out of damaging patterns? It can be very challenging and overwhelming trying to get out of survival and into thriving. Together, we will explore your values, goals, and dreams, then create an attainable plan to interweave them into each aspect of your life!

Current/Past Traumas

Trauma can take on many different shapes, sizes, and forms, as can its effects. It can be a singular event or an on-going series of events. It can happen in childhood or adulthood, or somewhere in between. Together, we will explore triggers, coping strategies, and tangible steps to regain control of your life!

Self-Esteem

Are you constantly second-guessing yourself? Feeling like you are not good enough and simultaneously too much? Has your internal critic taken the reins? That's where I come in! Together, we will empower you to face the negative, harmful internal dialogue. We can use the strengths you already possess to shift the view you have of yourself!

Good Faith Estimate

Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients:

As of January 1st, 2022, under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give patients who do not have insurance, or do not plan to use insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy services.

Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the total expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, or any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate, before your scheduled service or at any time during your treatment.

If you receive a bill for services that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. You will need a copy of your Estimate.

For questions, more information on your rights to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, you can visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
